Conference Program

Parallel panels are organized into thematic streams and run on Friday and Saturday.

Friday Plenary Session: 9:00-12:00

Friday Parallel Sessions: 13:00-16:00

Friday afternoon or Saturday - Guided Prague river cruise (boat trip)

Saturday Parallel Sessions: 9:00-12:00

Detailed program of the conference will be available the first week in October.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SCHEDULE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE 

 

Submission Guidelines

Submissions of Full Paper will be accepted until September 15, 2018. All submissions must be entirely original, not previously published, and must not be under concurrent consideration or scheduled for presentation elsewhere. All papers must be submitted electronically by sending an e-mail to the conference chair (info@academic-conferences.eu) or using the submission / contact form.

All submissions must be typed, single spaced with 2.5 cm or one-inch margins using 12 point Times New Roman font in a single MS Word file.

All submissions must include a Title, Authors (names, affiliations, e-mails of all authors), an Abstract (no more than 200 words) and 3-4 Keywords and main Conference Topic. Paper submissions should not exceed 8 pages, including the Abstract, text body (Introduction, Theory, Methods, Findings, Discussion, Conclusions and Implications), Tables, Figures and References.

All submissions will be reviewed. Selection for inclusion in the conference program will be based upon quality, originality, and relevance, in the judgment of the review process. All accepted papers will be published in the "Proceedings of The 13th MAC 2018", ISBN 978-80-88085-21-8.

Authors submitting papers agree that if accepted at least one author will attend the conference. In the extraordinary case of non-attendance, the corresponding author registered to the conference will receive the proceedings and the proofs of conference participation by mail.

Name, institute affiliation, mailing address, and email address for all authors

Abstract

Introduction

Body of paper

Tables, figures, etc. in their proper position in the paper (if applicable)

Conclusion

Brief biography of each author (one paragraph, no more than 100 words)

Acceptance

Within two weeks of receiving your full paper we will email to you a notification of acceptance or rejection. If accepted, additional conference and registration-specific information will be included.

All accepted papers will be published in the "Proceedings of The 13th MAC 2018", ISBN 978-80-88085-21-8 and indexed in Google books, NKC (National Library of the CR) and EBSCO .

 

Your Presentation

Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive or PC-compatible CD/DVD disc. 

Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop and data projector for PowerPoint presentations. Transparency projectors are not provided.

The conference building is located on the Novotny footbridge in the historic center of Prague, about 50m from Charles Bridge. The conference rooms have a beautiful view of Charles Bridge and the Old Town Bridge Tower. The conference building is near many museums, churches, monuments and restaurants. Directly at Novotny footbridge is a tram stop (17, 18, 53).

Prague - a historic gem of Europe - is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is also political, economic and cultural center of the Czech Republic. Textbooks architecture with its wealth of monuments, a city full of music, romance and nostalgia is mainly a modern city full of life! Since 1992 the historical core of the city covering 866 hectares was listed in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
